When is signon for 2025

Signon for the 2025 season is in January/February 2025. Pre register at MyClubMate before signon day.

What do I do after registering?

Fee payment is next. If your fees are paid you will be assigned a team in March. Early Bird fee is available to those that make the signon days.

I cannot make it to the signon days to pay my fees.

Contact our Treasurer to pay your fees before the second signon day to get your Early Bird fee. Contact our treasurer or you can pay online using MyClubMate

I missed signon day, what do I do?

Register MyClubMate and contact our treasurer to pay your fees. Email our treasurer to organize payment.

Can I pay my fees in person?

Yes. Fee payments are accepted at the canteen. The canteen is open Saturdays on game days.

When are fees due by?

Fees are due before training begins in March 2025 . No pay. No play.

When does the season start?

The 2025 season begins in April. To be confirmed by your Manager/Coach once the match draw is finalized.

Do my fees include insurance and what is the process?

Yes. The first point of call is the QCSA Secretary. See the QCSA website for details.

How do I find my team draw/game times?

Draw times are available on the QCSA when the draw available. QCSA Fixtures Don't contact QCSA directly, all communications to QCSA must go through the club appointed committee.

When does training start?

Training will begin mid March 2025. The date and time will be confirmed by your Coach.

What days is training on?

Training sessions are run on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and will be confirmed by your Coach.

What are the fees?

We keep our fees as low as possible. Registration fees and other information can be found on our fees page.

What is the parent participation fee?

There is a $50 Parent Participation Levy to be paid with sign on fees. This fee can be recouped by participation. Details on this fee can be found on our fees page.

Can I use the QLD Government "Get Started" Voucher?

Yes. Once you have the voucher, email it to treasurer@stcats.org.au or bring it with you to the Sign On event the last Saturday of January or first Saturday of February. St Catherine's United Football Club is registered to accept these vouchers towards your registration fees.

A maximum of $150 per voucher is available to help pay the cost of sport or recreation membership and/or participation fees. There is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per year.

Can I sponsor a St Cats team?

Community sponsors are the reason we are able to keep our club fees so low. If you would like to sponsor a team please send an email to our sponsorship co-ordinator at sponsorship@stcats.org.au. Community sponsors are supported by the club members.

How much does it cost to sponsor a team?

For an U6, U7 or U8 team the sponsorship cost is $270. For all other teams the cost is $300.

What clothing is required?

A team shirt is supplied. The team kit is: black shorts, club socks, shin guards, soccer boots (compulsory for over 6).

Where can I buy these items?

Shorts, club socks and shin guards are available merchandise through the canteen. You can also send an email to merchandise@stcats.org.au with your inquiries and orders. There are also shirts, jackets, caps, beanies, bags and umbrellas available. All shirts and jackets come with the club logo. Merchandise is available throughout the year.

When is the canteen open?

The canteen is open 8am to 1pm on Saturdays during the football season in April. The canteen will be open at various times for merchandise during the week days during training. Times will be advised via email.

Where do the teams play?

U6 - U8 play locally at Peter Lightfoot Oval, Middle Park.
U9 and U10 have home and away games within the QCSA Western Zone.
U11 and above have home and away games within the QCSA Divisional Zone.

What are the play times for the teams?

Games are played on Friday evenings and Saturdays. U6 play morning games from 8am. Individual game times can be found at QCSA Fixtures

How do I find out what team I am on?

U6 - U10 team allocations will be emailed to you one week after sign on days are complete. If you have any questions email reg@stcats.org.au. U11 and above have to attend trials for teams. Trials are held in February and an email will be sent out with the details.

I would like to be on the same team as a friend. Who do I talk to?

If you wish to play in the same team with a friend please send an email to reg@stcats.org.au with the names of both members and the team eg U11.

Do I have to complete a grading?

Gradings are done for U11 - U14 teams where we have multiple teams in an age group. Grading is completed by two club officials with direction of the team coaches. If a player does not attend grading they will be place in a team with space.

Are children allowed to swing/climb/pakour on the goal posts?

No.

What should I do if I see someone swinging/climbing/pakouring on the goal posts?

Tell them to stop.

How can I get involved with helping the club?

There are many ways you can help support the club. From managing or coaching a team. To helping with fundraising activities. We are a community club and we would love to have you on board.
